WHEEL SERVICES
Roads can be a tough on your wheels. Whether they sustain damage due to accidents, potholes, uneven surfaces, or curbs, Wheel Innovations / AlloyFix can bring your wheels back to new condition and save you money.
Alloy wheels that are scratched, scraped or have peeling paint can be expertly refinished by Wheel Innovations / AlloyFix. Wheels are repaired, primed, painted using OEM paint colors expertly matched to each and every wheel, and powder clear coated - the most durable finish there is!
Wheels that cannot be repaired on-site can be taken to Wheel Innovations for repair or replacement. Unlike other mobile repair companies, AlloyFix is backed by a fully equipped remanufacturing center. Wheel Innovations is Northeast Florida’s largest wheel reconditioning and powder coating facilities.
Wheel Innovations can also refinish wheels that machined and painted. This personalized look is created by painting the wheel before lathing on the CNC machine. The wheel is then spun on the CNC lathe and during this process, a small bit cuts very thin lines along the wheel face that creates a prism-like effect. The face and spokes are left with CNC lathe lines, and the wheel pockets are left with paint. The final step is to clear coat the wheel.
For a complete service, we can mount and balance a tire back onto the wheel.
All wheels sent to Wheel Innovations / Alloy Fix for remanufacturing are checked for straightness and safety.
In the event that a wheel cannot be repaired or refinished, Wheel Innovations can locate a new or reconditioned replacement wheel. Wheel Innovations has thousands of alloy and steel wheels in stock every day, and has a vast network of suppliers in the event we don’t currently have your wheel in stock. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products as a cost effective alternative to paying dealer prices!
If you are experiencing vibration or shaking from your steering wheel or excessive tire wear, then its likely that your alloy wheel is bent. No matter how minor the damage is, it will still have consequences on the ongoing health of your car. Out of shape wheels not only destroy your tires but the vibrations can cause serious damage to the steering and suspension of your vehicle.
Mechanics may tell you they could take a hammer to your wheel and pound out the bend. Never alloy anyone to hammer your alloy wheels. The most likely outcome is a cracked or destroyed wheel that cannot be repaired. In the past the only solution was to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on a new wheel.
Wheel Innovations / AlloyFix is the local expert on wheel straightening. Our professional straightening process can save you a significant amount of money versus purchasing a new wheel.
Even if you think your wheel is too badly damaged to be straightened, ask us to inspect your wheel. Our technicians are highly skilled at wheel straightening and you will be amazed at what they can achieve!
WHEEL STRAIGHTENING PROCESS
At Wheel Innovations / AlloyFix, we have invested in precise wheel straightening equipment. This equipment, coupled with the experience and skill of our technicians, enables us to straighten and repair damaged wheels.
First, the tire must be removed from the wheel because there is no way to accurately fix a bent alloy wheel with the tire on. The straightening process involves attaching the wheel to the machine and using a combination of heating the wheel and using pressure to press out any bends in the heated metal. The operator then uses their skill to determine the correct balance of heat and pressure required to transform the wheel back to its correct shape.
If a tire is provided at the time of service, the tire can be mounted and balanced back onto the wheel.
WHEEL STRAIGHTENING PRICES
Straightening only: $115 per wheel
(Specialized, aftermarket or oversized wheels might incur an extra charge)
Mount and Balance Tire: $15 per wheel

Remanufacturing wheels is performed on structurally damaged wheels, including those that are bent or severely damaged.
Most types of wheels including painted, machined, polished, or personalized wheels, cosmetically or structurally damaged can be restored to a like-new condition in our facility.
Wheels are repaired using state-of-the-art CNC technology. This process involves removing the former finish on the wheel, welding (if required), and cutting the surface with a CNC lathe. This computer guided machine trims the repaired surface of a wheel, without compromising the strength.
The wheel is then cleaned, primed, powder painted, and powder clear-coated. The final step is to “bake” the finish to finalize the painting process. These steps are similar to those performed when a wheel is manufactured. For a complete service, we can mount and balance a tire back onto the wheel.
